Void Shock

When an Entity not acclimated to the void enters, they go into what is known as Void Shock. The ancient primordial forces within the Void are so vastly different than what entities from physical planes are used to, that their bodies and minds are literally unable to process the conditions thrust upon them.
The result of this is a near-total physical and mental shut down to a state similar to hibernation. How quickly one recovers from that is dependent on their hardiness. If they have a physical body, it will likely be lost because of the Schrödinger Effect.
