Structure of a Dimension
A dimension is the smallest metaphysical container for existence in the Omniverse, like an envelope with life tucked away inside. They all have the same structure and in general a dimension, while small in comparison to a Universe, has room for essentially infinite amounts of energy and matter. The structure of a Dimension is thus:
Planets include the planet in question and any celestial bodies that surround it. They are the smallest recognized plane of existence in the universe. Of these there are two types: living and dead. Living Planets support life, and dead Planets do not.
Star Systems are next. These include the star (or stars sometimes) and all planets that orbit it (them). These are also either living or dead. A living Star System has at least one planet capable of supporting life within it. A dead star system has none.
Galaxies are the third level of existence within a dimension. A galaxy has within itself literally thousands (if not millions) of Star Systems (and even more planets). There are once more, two types of Galaxies: Living and Dead. A living Galaxy has at least one living Star System within itself. A dead Galaxy does not.
