Core, The

Created during the Zero event, the Core of the Omniverse is where all the dimensions and universes originated from.

The Core is essentially a giant, metaphysical support pillar of the purest energy that holds the universe in order and keeps it from collapsing. Without The Core the Universe would eventually collapse into total chaos. The Core essentially regulates the systems of the Omniverse and keeps everything at a balanced and manageable level and has a very vague form of sentience. It is capable of keeping order this through the twenty-seven tethers-- twenty seven sentient minds connected to The Core of the Omniverse that span the infinite realities.

The Core also functions as a giant 'filter' for the universe, cleansing the various anomalies that exist within it.
