The Dimensional City, Radix

An ancient, storied city that sleeps between worlds, Radix was created years ago by a powerful MetaHuman in an effort to create a world devoid of war. He crafted a pocket dimension, and from within the city spawned as more and more people were drawn to his world.

His dream ultimately succeeded, as there is not war here. There are a plethora of other problems, but war and its consumption of life is non-existent.

With every spark that enters this pocket dimension, the city expands on its own just so slightly. By doing this is has grown immensely large, as roughly a billion individuals are now residents of Radix. The city is divided into five districts, each with a consul who makes political decisions on that District's behalf.

The city itself is mostly modernized, with some sections still lagging behind in advancement.

In terms of technology, most everyone in Radix uses Arcane Science. Magic is a natural object in this world, and it has been blended with technology for a variety of purposes.

There is no military to speak of, so weapons found in Radix that are combat-forged or ready are rare and expensive.
