Alexander and Yudi

So, with Elodie going dark on us Astral and I will likely be moving on with our stories in Radix. Does anybody want to participate with us?

A brief overview:

Radix is a pocket dimension, that exists outside of the normal Omniverse and thus outside the God's jurisdiction. A city of five districts, it contains literally billions of living creatures or many varieties, from the bipedal to the four-legged. Oddities aren't that odd in Radix. Magic is not out of place though most creatures lack the skill needed to use it (all creatures have access to the magic, but the way it works is somewhat complex).

There are species with incredibly diverse biological abilities as well, ranging from hard bodies to spitting fire, and nearly anything else in between. Be wary, powerhouse rabble-rousers: APAT is a sub-department of the Radix Police Department that deals exclusively in super-powers, magic, and other unnatural troublemakers. If you cause too much damage, expect a very efficient team to try to subdue you.

Alexander is a character from the Lore, and the only surviving Alpha-Dissident to emerge from the Dissident War. The only Omega Dissident, and the majority of the normal Dissident were wiped out to prevent their curse from spreading. The Omega Dissident bound the curse to Alexander and and has since rendered him incapable of transmitting it, though he is only vaguely aware of this. Currently, he is in Radix due to the intervention of Tedranog's goddess Twilight.

Yudi is a baby dragon Alexander encountered in Tedranog. Small, fiery, fierce and full of untapped magical power Yudi depends on Alexander to be her caretaker for now. She was sent to Radix alongside Alexander, and has since fallen ill due to synchronization wreaking havoc on her body. The doctors of Radix have stabilized her, but she is currently left in Alexander supervision until her body adapts completely.

A plot I do intend to run with Alexander involves him confronting his shadow. Based on the Jungian concept, the Shadow is not a stereotypical evil side, but rather everything Alexander denies exists (even to himself). Part of his plot will revolve around him coming to terms with the monster that rests in his mind still, and eventually accepting that this ugliness inside while a real part of him is not what defines him. The only way to defeat a shadow is to accept it.

He will eventually go on to join APAT as well, and possibly even have a run in with Jake. I welcome collaboration on this. Artless is lending his character to the shadow plot I believe, and I would be interested in seeing community participation.
