Sodom

A city built using a cluster of starships on ION-XIX's moon. Inhabited by Earthlings, Sodom is a den of vice. It makes its revenues through gambling and drugs, and the shadier parts of the city have a slave trade of captured Drage and other Earthlings for the rich of Babel on the main planet. These individuals are presumed dead, thus making their treatment as property easier by those who won't come looking for them.

The city is fairly lacking in natural resources, and its appointed leader lost his position to crime families through poker. The rest of Earth's Remnants are willing to overlook Sodom's transgressions because they are also the chief producer of livestock and technology in the trade circle.

The city itself exists within the interconnected ships. Much like Babel, all activities are conducted on the inside. Unlike the tower on ION-XIX however, this is because the exterior of the ships is uninhabitable with not atmosphere to speak of. There are no floors to Sodom however, as these ships have not be placed upright and reconstructed, simply left where they landed. All in all, it is an extremely large city.
