External Characteristics

Name: Constance

Species: Amaranth

Appearance: The same size as an average human, Constance has several human characteristics that make it difficult to identify him as an Amaranth at a glance. He looks to be Hispanic with silver hair and violet eyes, as well as canines that protrude slightly from his jaw like fangs. His face is youthful, thin and long though there is a crescent scar extending from his brow to chin on the left side of his face. His body is toned and svelte, with a well-sculpted center. He stands at about five-feet-seven-inches.

Constance is able to lift twice as much as the average human soldier
Constance is able to withstand tremendous amounts of punishment

Internal Characteristics

Personality: A fierce and aggressive warrior, Constance has been trained to dominate and subdue foes with non-lethal methods. In combat he is a demon, difficult to overcome as he relentlessly exploits any opening given to him as soon as it presents itself. He is easily one of the most talented fighters in the ranks of APAT. Beyond that, he is fairly intellectual though his primary focus is on how to best take care of his body, turn it into a weapon, and bring down others. As a result he has an extremely deep knowledge of anatomy.

A generally collected individual outside of combat, Constance has a hint of arrogance that seems evidence in his mere presence. A cool demeanor and matter-of-fact way of speaking lend him an unnatural amount of confidence, as well as a very respectable aura. His traits make him a natural leader, and more than a few members of APAT look to him as an example

History:

Constance is born in Orion's Empire as a potential soldier
Constance is lost in transit as a young child and deposited in Radix
Constance is placed in an Orphanage and adopted by the APAT program
Constance becomes a full-fledged member of APAT and successfully intervenes in severe cases of power abuse around the city

Abilities:

Constance is a master of Vapors, being able to shift his body into various vapors and expel them as well in a variety of combat-useful forms
