Uriel's physical condition is significantly less than that of an average Cherubim, around the condition of an athletic Amaranth

Internal Characteristics

Personality: Deceptive to an end, Uriel often picks a role and acts in it for an extended duration. It does this to observe mortals, and is easily among the most intelligent of the Cherubim for it. Well versed in various faiths, beliefs, and moral structures Uriel is an interactive being, and a curious one as well. It tends to think his plans out quite well when he has time, but in the heat of the moment becomes impulsive and brash. It is, despite his intelligence, close-minded as loyalty to the Gods makes him such.

Despite this loyalty it is something of a free spirit and a great actor. It makes friends easily with mortals by taking on amusing forms and approaching them from a position of weakness.

Habits/Quirks: It seems to have a fascination with those mortals called "homeless", whom it sees as being characteristically viewed as weak by other mortals. As such, most of the forms it takes are homeless. Often, it over prepares for the roles.

History:

Uriel is born, and is one of the most powerful Cherubim

Uriel is injured in a battle with a powerful Demon. The demon died, and Uriel fled to Radix to heal
Uriel becomes trapped in Radix, and discovers that his powers are greatly reduced

At one point, Uriel was capable of breaching. It's weakened state has left him without access to his dimensional magic
Its weakness is due impart to the absence of "virtue" in Radix

Item:

Uriel carries a special staff, created during his time in the Void specifically for him. It is forged of a special material and nearly unbreakable. Were he in the presence of Virtue, the staff would be able to utilize it's true power
