Appearance: A short man of Hispanic descent, Joseph is clean shaven with a killer smile. His hair is trimmed short and dark brown, and his eyes are the same chocolaty hue. His skin is a light mocha color, and his body fitness is that of the average person his age and size. He is on the thin-side of average in terms of weight.

Internal Characteristics

Personality: Jehovah is a cunning and detached, individual. His innovative nature can sometimes throw off his argumentative structures. More often than not, he'll hold his ideal over any sound logic discussed. He is open to new ideas, however, the current goal of destroying Babel's unfair hierarchy will always be worth more than any moral obligation one might push for from him. Jehovah is also selfish and willing break moral codes in order to pursue his own desires. Jehovah will feel himself justified in most decisions he makes as long as something is accomplished that furthers his own ends, even if he knows they're mistakes or costly.

Despite the wealth he possesses and the apparent goal of bringing equality to Babel, it is at best a flimsy excuse to grab more political power by manipulating the poorer into discrediting (and sometimes murdering) his competition. He prefers not to use force. Coercion, subterfuge, and manipulation are his preferred tactics and even if he fails in there, simply planting seeds of doubt and rebellion is more than enough to satisfy him. Words and language are slave to his tongue, often being held back due to his restraint. There is more value in what isn't said, than what there is.

Habits/Quirks: When alone, Jehovah sings to himself. He does his best to read up on languages, and can frequently be heard rhyming words by himself.

• As a child Jehovah's voice box was damaged in an accident. It was replaced with cybernetic technology. While the voice simulates normal voice function, it has been modified with the power to create loud, powerful noises that cause immense pain in creatures from Earth.
